PRAMBANAN RECREATIONAL ART STUDIO (ADDITIONAL FACILITY IN AREA OF PRAMBANAN, CENTRAL JAVA)

Indonesia has many cultural heritages which are also historic relics. However, due to the passage of time, many have deteriorated. One of the cause is natural disasters. In 2006, there was an earthquake in Yogyakarta, which caused some damage to heritage sites, one of which is the area of Prambanan temple. Since then, an erosion of the relics has begun. There is a need to support the remaining facilities - a form of "exploitation" of culture - which will then serve as visitor attractor, in the form of Prambanan Recreational Art Studio. Another purpose of this workshop is to accommodate the surrounding community to learn or educate others about the local art. It serves as an additional facility for the complex of the grand Prambanan Temple Complex.
