Haku Fursuit Head - Haku (Nigihayami Kohakunushi) from Spirited Away fursuit mask
Constructed from Blue Foam, FoamX, egg timers, fun fur, fimo, coloured with Sharpies, ink and acrylic paint.
The task was to create a prop for use in a movie or theatrical production. For this task I chose to create a Mask from my favourite film ‘Spirited Away’ Aimed at creating a theatrical performance of the film.
From this project I learned a lot of things: first and foremost my skin does not agree with blue foam. Second, under no circumstances are you to use funfur not matter how tempting it is which is closely followed by ‘never colour fur with sharpies!’
