In this project we have developed a browser tool for teachers. So they are able to create digital content for their classes. The focus is on the transfer of analog worksheets and teaching materials into the digital. Elements on the analog paper are automatically made digitally operable by OCR (optical character recognition) and Deep Learning. The tool minimizes the preparation time of the teaching materials and at the same time ensures that the motivation of the students increases when working on the tasks.

To further illustrate our project, we have also created a video explaining the most important functions.

On the home page of Luna, you have your most recent files sorted and categorized in folders. So that the files already created or received from colleagues are always organized and easy to find.

Luna also provides the user templates that can be used when creating new interactive worksheets. To do this, simply select the analog worksheet that has already been scanned. With the help of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Deep Learning, the texts and illustrated elements on the worksheet are recognized and inserted into the template as a preview.

In the editor, all elements can be modified. This also includes the elements of the templates. In addition to the normal changes such as text, color, shape, etc., Luna gives the user the possibility to add interactive elements such as dropdowns, input fields, multiple choice, etc.. This makes the digital worksheets a lot of fun for the students by sparking their interest.

Using the "Math" option, you can quickly and easily create parabolas and other mathematical shapes. In addition, under "Import" you can add image, audio and video files to the digital worksheet. In this way, students can for example be referred to explanatory videos.

The finished files can be easily sent to colleagues or students. Students can edit the created digital worksheets on the "Luna Workplace" platform and submit them to the teacher. This creates a holistic workflow - from the creation to the editing of the digital work materials.
