San Angel Inn - NRA 2017 Concept
For this project, we were assigned to design an exhibit for a particular restaurant in an assigned country. I was assigned Mexico City, Mexico, and I chose the restaurant San Angel Inn.
During my research, I discovered that this restaurant focused a lot on authenticity. I wanted to bring those elements into the exhibit.
As you can see throughout the presentation, I focused a lot on tying together authentic parts of traditional Mexico, and the functionality of a modern kitchen/exhibit function.
