Books of Hope is a youth literacy empowerment program that nurtures authors to express themselves through creative writing and performance art. As a book cover designer, I worked closely with the author to design both the interior and exterior for his books. Volumes one and two of Academy of Real Talk were printed by Kendall Press and published. They are now available for purchase at Comicazi Comic Book Store in Davis Square and also at Grolier Poetry Book Shop in Harvard Square.
