Broadmarsh Development - New market square, transport interchange
My final thesis deduce that Nottingham Broadmarsh shopping centre and it's surrounding area has also been a barrier to the walkability and growth of the city. My project is to tackle the traffic oriented design and improving to walking and transit oriented design. A new public square - New market square become the gate way of the city from the south railway station. A new transit permeates the city through the median of the new square.
