Fortune 100 Company: Employee IT Portal
This is an internal IT Portal for a Fortune 100 company. One item of note: this company had not been successful with an IT portal before. Employees had always found it easier to just call technical support. We added a solution difficulty rating based on the international ski symbols of easy, intermediate and expert, which would help the employee identify what was easy to fix instead of calling IT. By being honest in the level and the time it takes to implement the fix, we were building trust with the employees.
