Boutique Hotel - A conceptual re-design of The Cincinnatian, a French Second Empire Hotel last renovated in the 1980's. The concept is to simplify and rescale the building's original architectural style, and contrast it with modern finishes and furniture. A black and white color palette is offset by furniture and accent colors that designate various zones of the hotel.
