brand stereotypes - Design research project aimed to discuss the relationship between the messages some brands are attempting to communicate and how people perceive this through stereotyped images. Based on social trends, four scenarios were created in order to place the information from the desk and field research.

The design research was focused on investigating how to improve customer experience by translating brand attributes into physical design in the banking environment.
