The City Sightseeing Cape Town Hop On – Hop Off Buses are a part of an international company that operates in 90 destinations across the world. City Sightseeing is the first bus operator in South Africa to be certified carbon neutral and operates 365 days of the year.
Using the SPSS tools and methodology, we will analyze the system that the Hop On, Hop Off bus operates within and ensure that the product is sustainable, stable, and delivers resource-efficient energy, by considering all stakeholders and potential feedback systems.
Focusing on wind energy, we will use the lens of Biomimicry to improve the system and create a product that will improve user interaction within the socio-technical systems and contexts.
