*untitled* - This "chair" was for a school project. We had to design a chair using only plywood (or some other planer material).
Family sofa system - Columbia project based off the study of family interaction. The project was intended as a tool to help pull families away from the tradtional family activity of watching tv and instead bring families together for more social activities. Both "wings" of the sofa rotate inward and all four "tv-tables" gang together to form a central table for eating / game playing / etc.

Power Drill Redefined - A Columbia College project involving the re-design of an iconic product....in this case a Power Drill. Ergonomics and aesthetics were the driving factors. Modeled by hand out of high density REN.

MCA Chair - This was a collaboration project with the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago. The challenge was to design an assistive seating / walking device for elderly patrons of the MCA. This solution converted from a Walker to a Chair with a simple scissor action and a rotating of the handles (handles that gave plenty of support for elderly users to grab onto for support and help in standing up).
