A Typical Habitat: Prototype for Habitat for Humanity - Sustainable, passive housing system for Ohio's Habitat for Humanity Chapter. Utilizing SIPs construction the efficient plan is organized around a ventilation chimney/stairwell that acts as a light well. Numerous sustainable systems are hidden in this vernacularly styled home, gently bringing future forward technologies to neighborhoods in need.
