The Literary Prints are the most popular items in my shop -- they feature a main book quote, which is prominently displayed, and the body of text on which the main quote rests is an excerpt from that specific scene in the book. The accent color used to highlight is directly sampled from the first edition covers of each book. I stock 40 Lyrical Prints in my shop, including lyrics from bands like the Beatles, Bruce Springsteen, and Dave Matthews Band. These are my most colorful and most easily customizable prints, displaying a wide range of options for background hues and symbols. Bright Designs is, in a way, a (very) happy accident: as the only professional graphic designer within my group of friends -- who are getting married, having babies, and experiencing various other exciting life events these days -- I was asked to create invitations, announcements, and other types of printables to help them celebrate. I was more than happy to do it, of course, and it also made me realize how much I love to utilize this particular type of design within my industry. I am also an avid book reader and a lover of music, so it seemed natural to expand my designs in those directions as well. So, after brainstorming about a name for an absurdly long time, I created this small business, which has been growing ever since.
