The Cafeteria takes cues from the rich culture of Rajasthan, located at the magnificent AMBER FORT, a 400 year old heritage structure. Only traditional materials such as lime, kada, khameer had to be used for construction. Use of bricks, cement, paints or any other chemical based wall finishes were forbidden by authorities
