Bioshock was an amazing first-person shooter released in 2007. It was based on a story around Andrew Ryan; a man who created Rapture, a city underneath the sea. Rapture was created to be free from religion, government and overly powerful figures.
The story starts in 1960, with a man named Jack. Jack’s airplane crashes into the ocean near the bathysphere terminus; the entrance of Rapture. Rapture was intended to be the utopia of the sea. The discovery of Adam; a plasmid that grants the user superhuman powers, which brought the city’s turbulent decline.
The essence and experience that this game brought was inspiring. I enjoyed the progression and the attachment one gains when playing the game.
