Kevin Thompson

I have designed two artist books for photographer Maxine payne. The first, entitled "Prayin' the Levee'll Hold" contained an overview of her work from 2000-2006, including photos of historic Arkansas bridges. The second, "The Women of San Luis" highlights Maxine's unique style of photojournalism as she visits Costa Rica. The book includes photos as well as stories told by the women in each picture. Each book in the edition is hand bound by the artist.
