PinkKoiFish.com Website Design and Identity - Using a tattoo artist to illustrate my vision, I was able to create a fun and energetic identity for this online women and children's boutique. A team of web programmers brought my comps to life. They also created the back end system. The site is CMS driven so updates and order processing are painless for the user. JenningsCo.com Website Design - I headed up the redesign of Jennings' website. I wanted to come up with a new look that gave it a more modern edge. My main goal was to keep the focus on the work while adding a little personality. The site loads in a different color each time you visit. It is entirely CMS driven so it's easy for anyone to update. This helps keep the content fresh. It won a Gold Addy in the 2007 Triangle Addys. I also updated the logo to give it a cleaner look. www.JenningsCo.com
Micromass.com Website Design Comps - As part of the Micromass rebranding I was brought on to redesign their existing website. These are a few of the designs and concepts I came up with. The one chosen (in the center) uses the icon as fish to represent personality types. The shark being aggressive, the jellyfish being more passive and the school of fish represent followers and a leader. In another instance the brand icon was a crop circle to represent dialog on a galactic scale.
DukeMedicine.org Site Design Comps - This freelance project for Duke Medicine required a facelift of their existing news site. After auditing the existing site and many other news sites and blogs I developed two distinct options for them to choose from. One structured like a news site and one being more approachable and blog-like.
John Deere Interactive Kiosk - This interactive, stand-alone kiosk was built entirely in Flash and connected to a local database. The kiosk was used at trade shows around the country. It helped John Deere not only provide a product solution for the farmer but also gave them valuable customer based product geographics.
John Deere Interactive Product PDF - This interactive catalog featured the entire product line in PDF form, contained movies and gave sales people instant access to specific information they needed in the field.
Anadarko Petroleum Interactive Training CDROM - This lengthy interactive CD was developed in Director and included many embedded Flash elements. This tool was used to explain complex information through the use of animated diagrams, animations and other visual methods.
