curved sushi - I chose to tackle the sushi market. I targeted a sushi restraunt and design the plate for that client. The process was long but rewarding. The plates were slip cast and mass produced. The final design came out simple, elglant, functional, and incorporated the sushi, soy sauce, chopsticks, ginger, and wasabi in one design.
