Tenant Improvement - Salon - Lakeland WA - Design Salon with New York loft look. Clients were on a fixed budget, which called for innovative design solutions. MDF and oak veneers replaced metal and solid wood finishes where required. Existing acoustic tile ceiling was removed to expose joists and beams above. Carpet was removed and existing concrete was stained and refinished to produce a raw, yet eye pleasing look.
