Piera Peru - Design Competition
Piera Peru - Design Competition - International design competition held by a private developer. This design was chosen as one of 5 finalists out of over 70 total entries from all over the world. This is a multi-use building with space for conferences and conventions at ground level and several levels of offices above. Features include green roof, passive cooling system, perforated cor-ten screen, cafeteria on roof deck, and ample open space.
Role: Member of design team and provided much input during design development.
