Gratzer Landing - Orting WA - Scope: Design multi-space building suitable for offices and retail. Design review board required turn-of-century style architecture. Building is made up of 12,181 s.f. at lower level and 2,586 s.f. at upper level. Spaces were left open to suit prospective tenants needs. Schematic design, construction documents & renderings generated using Revit Architecture .

Role: Member of design team, generate constrcution documents, lead engineering systems coordination.
