Room Essentials storage mirror 2014 Design and Utility patents pending This mirror set for Back to College in 2014 in half of the Target stores and quickly became our #3 mirror (after the commodity over the door and $5 door mirror). As it was performing so well we quickly moved to get it in the full chain where is continues to do very well. This mirror stemmed from guest research that informed us of the extreme need for storage in dorms and apartment buildings. The mirror is full length and hangs on the door and opens to reveal hooks and mesh pockets perfect for storing a variety of accessories and toiletries.

Target mirrors

Target has extremely low price points in mirrors. To achieve high end looks at low price points I worked with vendors to develop realistic faux finishes using both foil and hand finishing techniques. Mirrors continue to be a growth category as a result of my work in this category.
