First, I selected crayons I wanted to use for this project. Then, I arranged them how I wanted them to look. After that, I used hot glue to glue them on to my canvas. The next thing I did was used a blow dryer to melt the crayons. After that, I used white and blue paint to create little dots or bubbles over the melted crayon drippings.
