Carried out usability testing on the original pension calculator.
Created highlight clips to persuade the stakeholders that improvements were needed.
Redesigned the tool: streamlined the user journey, added graphics to convey complex information, and changed the model of the main interaction to better match users' thought processes (ie to select the input, not the outcome, of an equation).
