NetX360 is an application built to help Financial Professionals manage their book of business and effectively perform their daily tasks.
The challenge was to redesign the user experience of the entire application by creating a framework on which the existing product and future product development can be presented with efficient, user-friendly, interactive and intuitive interface design to give an enhanced digital experience of the application.
Due to the sudden absence of resource who has worked on the previous version of the application, I was called upon to take up the task to redesign the application. I learnt about the business, process and use of the application in a short period. I gathered requirements, designed product specifications, created low and high-fidelity mockups, designed interactions and contributed to the visual design.
