With over 100 million subscribers, Verizon Wireless is the largest mobile network operator in the United States. Its eCommerce and online customer service sites are available on web, smartphone, tablet, and retail kiosks.

As an Interaction Design Director at R/GA, I led a team of designers and worked with developers, strategists, planners and producers to develop best-in-class user experiences for Verizon Wireless. I was responsible for creating, developing and nurturing interaction design standards for the team, managing client relationships, and driving business and strategic goals through effective design.
