In collaboration with a multidisciplinary international team, I was the Project Architect of this condos and hotel complex located in the seafront of Dominican Republic’s north coast.
The site was a former coconut plantation of 250,000 sqf area. Main criterium was integrating the building program in the existing plantation and trees. The project proposes a seemless transition between the building and the dunes in the sea front.
