bamboo bicycle
This bicycle is simple, light and stylish. The unions or joints are made out of bamboo, steel and reinforced with carbon fiber. Two identical curved laminated bamboo pieces were placed in opposite directions and joined using simple steel brackets to produce a simple but yet very strong construction. The bicycle is composed of straight bamboo slats, which would show the delicate flexibility like bow string, once you sit on them. Fly by the clunky cars stalled in the congestion of the city and make a statement in style but most importantly in how you are doing your part to help out the environment.
