First I took 3 photos. I started with just the boardwalk photo and added a couple actions to it to make it so that there's the light drawing a line towards where i planned on putting the person. Next i went and downloaded some cloud brushes and added storm clouds to give it that stormy effect. Next i added the picture of my sister and used masking to make it be just her. I then duplicated her to try and make her a ghost. I struggled to get the effect that i wanted so i ended up taking another levitation photo that i had done and taking my sister out of that and making it look like shes pulling the ghost out of the girl. i messed around with motion blur to get that blurry effect you see.
