One of product owners reached me for deliverables without a clear plan (time & scope). I drafted user flow and high level wireframes and showed them to development team and product owner for estimate. Those deliverables were helpful for team decision on project plan, scope and priority.
I further analyzed online user survey data and tealeaf data to identify user painpoints and designed detailed wireframes with annotations based on business goals and user needs
Last but least, worked with both product owner and developers closely for implementation
