This is my first jewelry 3D modeling project. I used SolidWorks for this project when I was not familiar with other 3D modeling software. I created this model for a jewelry design competition hosted by Diamond Cellar, which was open to students taking jewelry course in CCAD. At that time, I was unaware of jewelry software programs like Matrix Gem or rendering programs like Keyshot. Consequently, the model I created using only SolidWorks appears quite rudimentary. As keen observers may notice, the metal parts of the model are constructed using planes rather than solids. This was because I couldn't create the metal shapes I wanted using SolidWorks, so I ended up rendering the planes instead. This model holds significant meaning for me because it won the competition and gave me the opportunity to work at Diamond Cellar. The model has since been fabricated, and I received the finished product as a prize.
