Woodworking (Toy Chest)

Design and build two matching toy chests/benches that would not look "kiddie" or outdated as the children grow up.

Cherry and quarter saw white oak are used with a polyurethane finish, so if they ever get colored on or damaged they can easily be sanded and have poly reapplied to make it like new again. Finger groves are cut along the base of the top to prevent pinched fingers while opening and closing the top.
