2007 Dyrona Dive Mask
• Using technologies that were new or being developed at the time, I took a product that to my mind seemed stagnant and proposed a visor-like mask that could use tech like transparent OLED displays, social interaction, and performance stats.
• Features included the ability to drop “beacons” for other divers, realtime data on oxygen levels and heading/depth, and an integrated camera.
• Modeled complex surfaces and rendering with Solidworks and Photoshop.
• Blue-sky augmented reality project during my studies at Carnegie Mellon.
