' They Call Me Junk ' Chair - “They call me ‘Junk’ ” is a furniture seating that focuses on the overall concepts of design and production rather than the functionality.
Essentially, this chair proposes a second life for objects that are deemed imperfect and thus, abandoned. By appropriating existing industrial rejects, specifically off-cut fabrics and giving them new lease of life, this piece aims to encourage people to re-evaluate what is precious and more importantly, to consider the idea of treasuring trash.
