Brand renewal pilot test concepts for the hamburger chain Presto 2014
After 30 years, the third largest burger chain in Colombia required a rebranding, to become the leading brand in the fast food industry in Colombia.
As part of the team, I contributed with the redesign of the sales locals and the advertising. Personally creating the designs that affected strategically how the customer perceives the brand. I developed the key visuals of the menu board, among other improved graphics for the stores and advertising, materials that successfully increased customer engagement and sales, by transmitting efficiently the new experience developed.
The pilot test was later transferred to the new stores; delivering important findings of the customer behavior towards the new image. Tested with costumers in focus groups and in situ analysis, the material was very useful to take strategic decisions. Constituting the foundations of the current brand (2014).
