About the CP-50 Puller
The CP-50 Compact Safety Puller is a powered puller designed specifically for installing secondary conductor or communications drop cable through underground conduit, from the street to the meter box or, in the case of communications cable, to the network interface box. Using the CP-50 can help to reduce the number and severity of injuries that can result from doing secondary pulls by hand. Its light weight and wheeled carriage make it easy to handle and maneuver, including removing and storing it on a line truck, and mounting and dismounting it from a meter box. Its small size makes it easy and convenient to store. The CP-50 is powered by commonly available gasoline-powered drills (not included), and it includes spuds for adapting to common sizes of conduit.
