A space is created by carving into the
site and inserting two flanking bars.
Techselesta consists of the office and
the classroom with a generous interior courtyard. The administration offices overlook the courtyard and a Swiss garden terminates the composition. The placement of the two bars creates a dialogue between the offices and the classrooms. The communication and interaction between the engineers and clients is an important part the scheme.
