Overview of the laner.
Infeed section of the machine.
Interface between Laner to SlowDown to FlightBar modules.
This is an inside view of the slowdown module I designed. There is a total of 2 servos per lane (8 servos total) in order to decouple the high Infeed speed (1.35m/s) and outfeed speed of the machine (final output speed varies based on pack configuration ex. 4X5 would be 0.4m/s)
End view of the compression area where they are pushed toghether
Grippers I designed. These grippers had the capability to clap product and rotate +/-90 degrees as well as lock in place once in position. The locking mechanism was 3D printed due to its complex geometry. Gripper paddles are easily removable to accommodate different package shapes and sizes.

TetraPak High Speed Prototype Machine

This machine involved integrating the prototype concepts into a single line that accepted juice boxes back-to-back from a single lane and output matrices of product on pitch. As Lead Mechanical Engineer My responsibility consisted of:
* Gripper
* SlowDown module (motion profiles for all package configurations)
* Welded Main Frame for whole machine
* Articulating Flight Bar module
* Laner welded frame

Approximately 60% of this machine was of my own design.
