Managed the complete overhaul of the LA Showroom from our previous location in the same building. Through partnership and collaboration with my field team and home office in NY, we secured moving existing fixtures from several locations. While staying within budget we also added many new visual aides, graphics and props to further enhance the Fall Winter apparel and footwear collection for our sales reps to present the product in a desirable way to their clientele. Our CEO had a chance to visit in person during one of her visits in the West Coast and was very pleased with the overall outcome.
