Personal Capital is an innovative equity instrument that enables an individual to raise capital by issuing equity in themselves; it is an alternative way of financing loans. The challenge is to design an identity that speaks to two primary audiences, individuals who seek financial loans, and investors who look for new ways to invest capital.
Design Solution
We wanted to design an identity that promoted self-growth and encourages self-investment; it had to be positive, trustworthy and above all, empowering. The final design was a simple yet elegant analytic drawing of a human profile. This identity empowers self-confident and enables audiences to envision their future. It also speaks to the investors that the best investment is investing in future talents.
