I was part of a 3 person team that surveyed an entire college's campus using the PlanGrid application. The PlanGrid app is a way to quickly record deficiencies in plan with photos while also allowing the end user (owner, contractor, architect) to filter, sort, and track the progress of the changes that need to be made to the campus to bring it up to code. It is also a great way to estimate the cost of the work that is yet to be completed.
