Chipotle - McPherson Square, Washington DC
Was Project Manager for a first floor Chipotle in an 11-story high rise near McPherson Square in Washington DC. Being the tenant below did not have the ceiling space for Chipotle to run plumbing below our existing floor slab, I designed a new raised floor system over the existing floor slab so plumbing could be run between the two floor systems. This required an accessible interior ramp and stair. Also managed the implementation of an exhaust fan to the roof 11-stories above the space as seen in the photos.
