Chipotle - 14th Street, Washington, DC
Another downtown Washington DC project, this one on 14th Street. This full building was repurposed, with Chipotle taking over the 1st floor space. There was a lot of coordination that happened over a long period of time with the Landlord and other building tenants. Again, the positioning of the grease duct and fan on the roof was a challenge as we had to take into account the neighboring condo tenants in the adjacent high rise condominiums.
