Ferrari 250GT Red Bull Soapbox Car - 1961 Ferrari 250GT California spyder designed to duplicate the vehicle from Ferris Buellers day off. This project was our first Fiberglass project.
The vehicle captured the attention of the local Ferrari dealers and independent mechanics.
The vehicle placed 1st in the Red Bull Soapbox race in Denver in 2008. It has since been an exhibit in the Forney Museum of Transportation in Denver.
Speed Racers Mach 5, Red Bull Soapbox car - Full fiberglass body and steel chassis, this vehicle was built in a two month timeframe. We started by making a foam plug, pulled a female mold from the plug then pulled a body skin from the mold.
The Mach 5 has impressed the President of Speed Racer Enterprises and took 3rd and Peoples choice awards at the Los Angeles Red Bull Soap Box race on September 26th 2009.
Since it raced it has been featured in Vertigo Art Space in Denver and will be exhibited at the Forney Museum of Transportation
