Zona Hair Salon
The objective of this project was to design an ideal facility that would incorporate all of the existing components of the Zona brand into one 7,000 sq ft building that would house all of the necessary areas and functionality expressed in past discussions with the owner. Zona is a hair salon in Boston, Massachusetts owned by the Zona family for over 100 years. The goal of this new facility was to encourage customers to make a day of going to the salon, like it was when the Zona’s first started in the business. This project turned out to be a collaboration between a designer at Hill & Partners and myself during my summer internship.
