The Woman - I sat one day to look through a book during art class. I came across a woman with a fluffy hat, and her look was striking. I wanted so badly to know what she was thinking and why she had that subtle smirk. I hope I represented her well.
Nefertiti - She was the most beautiful queen of ancient Egypt. I think the bust of Nefertiti is one of the most rare examples of true beauty in art . I sat down to sketch my perspective of the queen. Such grandeur, even if one eye is missing.
Is a belle - Isabelle is mourning the death of her husband & trying to picture him moving on into the afterlife. She sees his soul going forward and prays for a new colorful life for him beyond. Egyptian desert, 1874.
Rock, Paper Scissors - The pair of scissors is animated & arguing with the coupouns! The coupons are fighting back . . . and are sick of being cut up. Now the rocks are showing their faces? One, Two, Three! My money is on the scissors. How about yours?
