The Manu' Atele III, a 106' inter-island transport and ferry owned by the American Samoan Government. This is a walk through with USCG representatives prior to haulout on the marine railway, Pago Pago, American Samoa. A Rhino model of the vessel was constructed to be used as part of the repair plan presented to the USCG.
