Merrifield Urban Design Guidelines and Comprehensive Plan Update
The vision, master plan, and urban design guidelines for the Merrifield Commercial Revitalization Area and Transit Station Area were adopted in 2000. 15 years later, the plans need to be updated to both reflect the development that has occurred and provide the latest urban design best practices.
My role in the process includes assisting with the update to the Merrifield Comprehensive Plan by developing new drawings and reviewing plan language as well as developing new urban design guidelines.
