Modern Gothic Typeface
I designed this typeface out of three basic shapes broken apart angularly. The massaged result is Modern Gothic. The typeface aesthetic was inspired by sharp medieval architecture and modern curvilinear forms echoing the spirit of the Bauhaus.
Modern Gothic was designed with the intention of being a display font. Its interesting negative shapes and intentional imperfections give this typeface a bold and unique voice.
