Cappex College Admin Tool Redesign
Cappex.com uses an internal admin tool to create and launch message campaigns, enabling colleges to communicate with students. Interviewing the client services team revealed how an outdated design got in their way of completing simple tasks. This proposed redesign aims to make the UI more user friendly and efficient.
